Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for any reason. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, the sale is final. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Exceptions:

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods:

We do not accept returns of any merchandise. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving the issue. We recommend that you use an insured and trackable shipping method. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
